Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with any product from our store, we are happy to refund upon confirmed return via USPS of the product to Pima Sage.

This does not apply to any smudge. If you are not happy with any  smudge that you purchase via our shop, simply message our shop with the reason why you are not satisfied. We will provide a full refund of smudge products and you do not have to return the smudge. We ask that you please return the smudge to the earth by spreading the smudge leafs and stems on the earth.
